CUSTOM Yoga Nidra sessions

Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice and involves building awareness across all states of consciousness. Yoga Nidra allows us to access a much deeper quality of rest and assists in unwinding patterns of stress in the body and mind. With a regular practice, you will begin to see the benefits: consistent energy through the day, a more restorative and regular night's sleep and a deeper connection to a relaxed body and mind.
A private Yoga Nidra session involves a 30-minute initial interview on Zoom where I gather information about your routines, sleep habits, current stressors and the things that bring you joy. I then craft a custom nidra script just for you! We reconnect at a later date (to be determined during the interview) where I will guide you through your customized nidra practice (again via Zoom). I will then email you a link to download the recording for you to keep and use forever!
What’s Included:
Each session includes 2 parts: the initial interview (about 30 minutes) and the actual practice of guided Yoga Nidra (about 45 minutes)
Rate: $60 (includes the interview, the guided practice and the recording you keep forever)
