HEY’s classes are all designed to bring you back into your body so that you may fully witness and attend to that beautiful and, at times, tumultuous inner landscape.

You can expect direct and clear cueing, opportunities to dive a bit deeper or change your shape to better meet your needs, space to settle into rest and loving guidance through every class. All are welcome, always.

Cancel Policy: Class cancelation closes one hour before class starts. If you cancel a class before that 1-hour window, your class is automatically returned to your account for future use. Please read the FAQs page for more info.
